Aromas of plum and chocolate on the nose as well as on the palate. Well balanced blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc. Great backyard BBQ wine.

Harvest Date: September 27th – 30th & October 1st, 4th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 17th, 20th through 22nd, 2010
Yields 3.5 tonnes per acre
Fermented in stainless steel tanks with full maceration, aged in American oak barrels for 8 months
