Love the toasted almond and clementine on the nose! Juicy and mouth-watering a gorgeous mouth-filling texture on weight. Some smoke and spice on a terrifically long finish. Superb craftsmanship from one of Ontario's best producers.

Reviews and Ratings

Dianne Fisher - Sommelier, ISG rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Burgundy or Niagara??? This Niagara wine is made in a Burgundian style and is an outstanding expression of what Niagara's Chardonnay fruit can do. After 2.5 years of bottle age it is in optimal balance of flinty minerality with stone fruit and slight toasty notes. This elegant wine should be enjoyed in a 'Montrachet' glass with elegant dishes like Bresse chicken or white fish with a delicate butter sauce. And here is a little secret - it is on Bin End sale right now and $7.75 off!

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

I loved this wine so much I just bought 2 cases. A spectacular Chardonnay that supple and elegant. With flavors of dried fruit and vanilla and smoke, you can detect the clay and limestone in the soil. A winner with grilled chicken.
