A lovely bubbly with notes of ripe field strawberries, fleshy raspberries and white roses. Medium-bodied and bone-dry with terrific persistence of flavor on the palate. Is there anything prettier than strands of pink pearls gliding up the side of your glass? Float a fresh strawberry or raspberry on top for an extra festive feel. Perfect for all those celebratory moments in life. Serve well chilled. In my Drinks Matcher tool, I've paired this bubbly with a wide variety of dishes.

Brut Sparkling Rosé food pairings: grilled salmon, salads, vegetarian dishes, mild curries, shellfish, duck, veal, nachos (why not?!).

Reviews and Ratings

Jessica Nagy rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Beautiful pink, fresh sparkling smelling of strawberries, stewed rhubarb, blood orange and biscotti. Bone dry with very fine bubbles, this traditional method sparkling made primarily from Pinot Noir is incredibly versatile--enjoy with almost any food or on its own. Was excellent with seared scallops and puy lentils. Great value for consistent quality in a non-vintage sparkler.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

If there is a colour called fairy pink -this would be it. 80% Pinot Noir/20% Chardonnay. Light, fresh and fruity- strawberrry and raspberry. Secondary notes of ginger on the nose and palate. Lively, fine mousse. A delightful sparkling. Tasted March 2017
Jennifer Hart rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

crisp wine with biscuity, floral and gentle cherry notes on the nose
