A juicy pinot with pleasantly sour cherry and cranberry aromas and flavours. I love this style but its an acquired taste as it' not fruity or ripely sweet.

Olivier Brabant rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

It's a pure Burgundy style in a very good year (2009) in Burgundy; terrific nose that's what hit me first wirh velvet tannins. Excellent choice at 23 $ you have an excellent wine
April 14, 2012 marks the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic on its maiden voyage. The ship was stocked with dozens of cases of wine when it went down, including many fine Burgundies. Many Titanic-themed parties and gatherings will be occurring this weekend, so a classic wine like this is perhaps the perfect way to toast the memory of those who lost their lives on that fateful voyage. Look for pleasant cherry, earth and vanilla tones, all crafted in a soft frame for sipping or enjoyment with a special dinner of your choosing. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
