Clean and crisp with white melon and lime notes. Great aperitif. Pinot Grigio is experiencing one of the fastest growth trajectories among white wines in the liquor store, and this wine is a good example of why. Winemakers Alberto and Silvano Zenato take a clean, modern approach with this style of refreshing white wine. Pair it with Dover sole or fresh oysters.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: linguine with shrimp and lemon oil, Caprese salad, pasta with cream sauce, grilled chicken breast, frittata.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A delightful nose of bright pear and apple with slight lemon. The palate shows apple, pear and citrus. Crisp, dry, medium-bodied mouthfeel and a long citrus pear finish.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Zenato consistently crafts approachable wines for the masses. This Pinot Grigio clocks in at $16 and offers excellent value. The nose is bright and fresh with citrus, floral, and cut apples. The palate is elegant with medium+ acidity and notes of lime, white peach, saline, and Granny Smith apple. A refreshing long, tart finish. Makes a nice everyday white wine.
Serve well chilled. Drink now.
