Lovely, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with lime, grass, chives and lemon zest. Not aggressively grassy or herbal, though the signature is there in green vibrancy for vegetarian dishes, seafood and field greens. Great price.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: chicken, perch in a lemon-herb sauce.
