Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Terrific value in this dry, mouth-watering Alsatian Riesling. Crisp notes of citrus, minerality and delicate white flowers. Enjoy with seafood, sushi and poultry. A perennial favourite.
Tasted September 2017
L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Wine is medium lemon, dry, racy, medium bodied and with a medium intensity nose of wet stone/mineral, peach and stone fruit, sweet citrus , floral and apple. Main taste is lemon, apple, peach and wet stone/mineral. Wine paired very well with smoked salmon, charcuterie style, inspired by Natalie Maclean Podcast https://www.nataliemaclean.com/31. Finish was short and tasted of peach and citrus.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Tasted the 2016 in 2023, very vibrant and fresh. Aromas of vibrant lemon-lime with wet stone concrete minerality, and a slight floral hint. Light bodied with mouthwatering acidity on the palate, dry, but with a creamy texture. Citrus notes are vibrant and fresh, with a mineral note on the medium long finish. Enjoy with any fresh shellfish.
