A blend of the estate's Westcott Home Farm vineyard and Butlers' Grant vineyard, grapes which were 30% whole-cluster fermented in 100% French oak (22% new) then aged for 22 months in barrel. Rich and fragrant with ripe red berry, crushed raspberry, sous bois, baking spices, dried herbs, savoury, elegant and vibrant on the palate, drink or hold this juicy Niagara Peninsula PN to 2029.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Stunning Pinot Noir from the beautiful Niagara Escarpment. This Estate Pinot Noir is fruit blended from two estate vineyards, the Westcott Home Farm vineyard and Butlers' Grant vineyard. Aromas of dark cherry and raspberry, along with notes of clove, sous bois, sweet tobacco, and hints of cedar. Medium bodied, with bright acidity, lightly gripping tannins, and vibrant bright berry notes on the palate. Hints of spice, smoke, and more herbal hints on a lengthy finish. Enjoy with mushroom dishes, or pan-seared duck.
