Aromas of plum, black cherry, a touch of strawberry jam, cigar box, slight herbal notes and hints of potpourri with subtle vanilla bean undertones.

Tart and medium bodied on the palate with well integrated, balanced tannins and notes of tart plum with ripe strawberry, cedar and mocha seeping through.

Pair with: Grilled steak, grilled portabello or pot roast.

Aromas of vanilla, black raspberries, and a hint of cedar, pull through to a raspberry flavour. Medium bodied, velvety tannins, smooth finish.

Light to medium intensity aromas of earth, leather and red currant. Subtle black fruit and raspberry on the palate. A wee bit tart with hint of sweetness, Not overly complex, but definitely food friendly and enjoyable- and decent price point. Pair with sirloin burger and fries! Tasted Jan 2022
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Red berries and oak spice headline this blend of Chilean and Canadian wine. Tilting toward medium bodied, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a velvety feel with low tannin levels and touches of sweetness. I envision sliders and meaty sauces pairing nicely with this easy drinking red. Enjoy.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Food friendly and easy drinking. Lots of red berry notes and oaky spice. Medium bodied, with soft tannins and medium acidity. Enjoy with burgers or sausages.
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

This cabernet sauvignon is an international blend of Canadian and Chilean grapes. It is deep ruby in colour with aromas of plum, black cherry, vanilla and cedar. On the palate you get tart red berry flavours with some spice. It is medium-full bodied with medium acidity and low tannins. This will be a great addition to your next BBQ. Tasted on December 15, 2021.
