Vineland 2017 is enticing on the nose with dark cherry, blueberry and cassis mirrored on the palate with coffee, dark chocolate and flinty flavours, rich and savoury with a lingering finish. Dry, medium-plus-bodied and vibrant with good acidity, there are layers of concentrated flavours on this Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot red wine blend from St. David's Bench, Niagara-on-the-Lake wine region. One for the BBQ.

Cabernet food pairings: ribs, tourtiere, meat loaf, gourmet burgers from the grill.

From St. David's Bench, Niagara-on-the-Lake wine region, Vineland 2017 Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot red wine blend is enticingly rich on the nose with dark cherry, blueberry and black currant aromas; dry, medium-plus-bodied and tangy with layers of concentrated dark berry, black cherry, and chocolate. Delicious and one for the BBQ. - Community Wine Reviews
