Natalie's Score: 92/100

A smoky, mocha-rich, full-bodied Cabernet Franc with generous layers of flavour and complexity. This may well be the best Cab Franc I've tasted from Ontario: impressive for a new winery just out of the gate in Niagara. Decant 1-2 hours. No herbal or bell pepper here; just rich, ripe fruit, amazing structure and a finish to last longer than a country lane running beside the vineyard.

Cabernet Franc food pairings: pappardelle with rabbit ragu and oyster mushrooms.

Terrific growing season in Niagara. From our estate vineyard this is an excellent example of cool climate Cab Franc. Rich and extracted great fruit flavours and balanced oak. Benefits from decanting
