A vibrant Alsatian white wine made from the classic Riesling grape. Lots of juicy, mouth-watering acidity on the palate. Requires, demands, food like seafood and shellfish. Lemon and lime aromas and flavours on this French Riesling. Terrific!

Riesling food pairings: Thai seafood noodle salad, duck liver pate, butternut squash risotto, roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Trimbach Riesling (2015) is a classic from the Alsace wine region. Juicy, but with mouth watering acidity, the wine demands food. The wine growing history of the Trimbach Family dates back to 1626. For close to four centuries, the Trimbach Family have been promoting Alsatian history, viticultural terroirs and fine wines. The family vineyard is currently led by Hubert Trimbach, nephews Jean and Pierre, and his daughter Anne, the eldest of the 13th generation. Drink now and for the next five years. - Community Wine Reviews
