Rich, full-bodied and savoury with aromas of dark fleshy berries and some meaty notes that are very satisfying. Lots of great layers. Pair with a rare steak and enjoy!

Reviews and Ratings

The Gran Medalla was created to celebrate Trapiche's 125th anniversary, as the winery was founded in 1883. This Cabernet is a result of careful selection from plots 29, 20C, 21 and 24 of the Ficas Las Palmas situated at 850 metres above sea level. The 25-year-old vines enjoy a mild climate with cool nights. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
