Terrific refreshment in this Italian Pinot Grigio! Limes, chives and lemon lift in this gloriously fresh white wine. Great aperitif or companion to seafood and shellfish.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: seafood, liver paté, cheese, poultry, quiche, risotto with mushrooms.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon colour. Vibrant and racy. This wine stays relatively delicate considering it's spicy and floral characteristics. Candied lemon, honey, minerality, herbs, mushroom and nuts top up the layers in this elegant wine. Acidity is high as with most Italian wines as it is meant to be enjoyed with food. Pair with seafood, fish, shrimp Paella, or easy drinking on it's own. A perfect patio sipper. Serve well chilled.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
