Clean, apple-fresh nose on this BC white wine that is unoaked. White and green melon and the aroma of a fresh spring rain. Lovely and refreshing and mouth-watering. The Chardonnay grapes for this wine grow in the winery's Sundial Vineyard, Black Sage Bench, and Oliver vineyards. Pair with fresh seafood, shellfish and salads.

Chardonnay food pairings: creamy pastas, barbecued lemon wild BC Spot Prawns, or grilled citrus chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

A classic Okanagan summer wine, this Chablis style Chardonnay is bright and fresh. This vintage has aromas of Gala apple and Bosc pear with a hint of citrus. The palate is dry with pineapple and citrus flavours and a crisp, refreshing finish. Entirely fermented in stainless steel ensures these fresh fruit characteristics were maintained, with no malolactic fermentation needed. Partial wild ferment adds a layer of complexity to the nose and palate.
