Love this elegant and modern Chilean Carmenère with a fragrant dark ripe fruit, green leaf nose. Grapes of this juicy red are sourced from Parcela La Ladera, Cachapoal Valley, Peumo wine region, known for producing highly aromatic and plushy Carmenère with dark cherry, dark berries and white pepper flavours on the palate. Pair with grilled game sausage and gourmet burgers.

Carmenère food pairings: grilled burgers, BBQ pork long ribs, roast quail.

From the Cachapoal Valley, Torres Cordillera De Los Andes 2016 Carmenère is a rich and full-bodied red wine with wine grapes sourced from the Peumo, considered one of the prime Carmenère grape growing areas. Juicy with ripe plum, dark cherry, spicy with bright herbal notes. Enjoy with a grilled veal Porterhouse steak. - Community Wine Reviews
