Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Ripe and jammy black cherry, blackberry, and blueberry, followed up by some gentle oak spice and smoke. Fruity and dry with gentle tannins and good acidity. Palate trends more towards fresh than jammy fruit compared to the nose, but shows similar dark fruit along with some nice cocoa flavours. A very nice Aussie Merlot that would work wonders with a pork tenderloin topped with dark berry compote.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Opaque garnet in the glass. The nose here is offering up cherry and a hint of cedary mint. The cherry carries to the palate. This has a nice smooth mouthfeel, tannins are well tamed. Long finish is a bit hot. Try it with grilled lamb burgers. Tasted June 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Thomas Goss 2016 is a red plum and cherry fragrant Merlot, medium-plus-bodied with dark plum, cocoa and savoury spice flavours on the palate. Tannins are rounded. To be enjoyed now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
