Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This refreshing rosé is an interesting blend of Pinot Noir and a white Italian grape, Arneis. Lots of ripe red fruit on the palate. It is nicely balanced with an impressive finish. Quite lovely on its own or try it with strawberries and cream cheese. Tasted June 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

There is a little funk on the nose amongst the cherry and citrus aromas. Only 9.5% ABV, with 12 g/l residual sugar, in an effort to produce quality rose at a lower alcohol level. A touch sweet through the palate and finish, though the acidity is there to keep it in check. Pair with seared scallops, fried shrimp, or a watermelon and feta salad.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 reviewed this wine as follows:

Lovely, light, and refreshing, this wine is a great afternoon option at 9.5% ABV. Aromas of strawberry, cherry and orange. Light bodied, with medium acidity, and a slightly creamy texture, and a nice balance of citrus and berry notes. Enjoy with fresh seafood.
From Forrest Wines, The Doctors' 2018 rosé is produced from Pinot Noir and Arneis wine grapes sourced from South Island, Marlborough. The Arneis white wine grape originates from Piedmont, northwest of Alba, and make a fragrant floral wine with crisp acidity with flavours of fresh pear and ripe stone fruit. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
