From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Tawse Sketches Of Niagara 2021 Riesling is great value at $20. From a challenging vintage that saw a lot of rain and humidity in the vineyard, it was all about the timing in 2021 with early-ripening varietals like Riesling doing well. Look for ripe apple, stone fruit, lime zest and minerally flavours crisp and vibrant on the palate.

Riesling food pairings: baby greens salad, pork tenderloin, turkey breast, foie gras.

From a challenging vintage that saw a lot of rain and humidity in the vineyard, it was all about the timing in 2021 with early-ripening varietals like Riesling doing well. This one over-delivers on quality and balance with fresh green apple, stone fruit, lime zest and flinty mineral flavours. - Community Wine Reviews
