Lovely lime vibrancy on the nose and palate of this off-dry Niagara Riesling. Notes of peach and pear and dried apricot. Beautifully made and balanced, and only 10% alcohol (yay).

Riesling food pairings: baby greens salad, pork tenderloin, turkey breast, foie gras.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A lovely Niagara Riesling made from sustainably-grown grapes, with refreshing aromas of mandarin orange, lemon, minerality and hint of ginger. Delicous palate with more mandarin notes. Mouth-watering acidity and a lingering citrus finish make this a winner! Would buy again, for sure.
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Pretty wine from a revered producer. This vintage seems to have been tricky for a lot of producers. Difficult years can be even trickier for Niagara's biodynamic darlings. Winter damage piled on top of wet conditions made things difficult, but wines like this impress all the more because of it. This wine gets better and better every year.
Very pale straw in the glass.
The aromas revolve around mandarin, peach, quince, vanilla creme, and applesauce.
Relatively low alcohol (10+%) and extremely easy drinking. There's a bit of residual sugar left behind. Maybe 12g/l. Off-dry. The flavours have a lot of the quince and orangey citrus notes. Pair it with a ripping rogan josh. Spicey and riesling are best buds.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Fresh, zippy, light and playful with a slight effervescence. Lemon takes centre stage in this Niagara Riesling while bit parts go to green apple, floral, honey and petrol. Great citrus finish. Off-dry. Points for value at $18. Tastes above it's weight at just 10% abv.
Pair with your favourite spicy Asian dish or grilled chicken with mango chutney. Try not to overly chill and let the delicious aromas and flavours perform.

A wonderful cool climate Riesling, crisp refreshing with typicity. Highly recommend this crowd pleaser with Asian cuisine, Asian fusion, summer salads, gourmet pork tacos and mango salsa. @jonsteeves rated 90/100 - tasted May 2016
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Delicious! Here we have a fine expression of Riesling showing, fresh citrus fruit, honey, floral and mineral notes. The palate is off-dry and rich with tangy citrus zest, honey and high acidity. The finish long and luscious. Pair with spicy pulled chicken or pork tacos. Tasted May 2016 - @sommsosa @bespoketastings
Sylvain Segard reviewed this wine as follows:

Clear pale straw colour. Intense aroma of crisp green apples, limes, and white flowers with honey and mineral undertones. Medium-bodied with a light glycerine mouthfeel. Taste of apricots, apples, limes, and spicy flowers with a long bright acidity. Score 91. (S.Segard, reviewed April 24, 2016)
The grapes for this Niagara white wine are sustainably grown. The wine finishes with notes of clementine and baking spice. Lots of racy acidity on the mid palate. Great balance, long finish. - Community Wine Reviews
