Apparent sweetness is balanced with fruit freshness and a beam of sunshine acidity. Pure happiness in a bottle! Light, joyous and fragrant: field flowers, fleshy white peach in a sun-dappled orchard. Off-dry with a touch of sweetness for glazed ham and curries.

Riesling food pairings: Thai style grilled shrimp, roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, planked salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

From Mosel, Germany, from grapes grown on rich slate soil, a beautiful Riesling with delicate tree fruit and subtle mineral nose, followed by a satiny palate of subtle tree fruit and minerality. Very delicate and fruity. Try with Indian curries or Thai food.
The Riesling grapes for this German white wine grow on vines planted in the mineral rich slate soils of the steep slopes of the Mosel Valley. So perfect for spicy dishes. Finished with orange blossom notes. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
