This organic wine has plenty of big generous flavours of green apple and butter, but I love how it's balanced and calibrated with the acidity for food. Terrific layers of flavour and pleasure.

Chardonnay Viognier Marsanne Roussanne food pairings: smoked salmon, poached white fish, assorted creamy cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

From Casablanca Valley, Chile, this white blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne is made from organic grapes. Mild, romantic aromas of apricots, peach, passionfruit and white flowers lead into a beautiful palate giving passionfruit, peach, grapefruit, apricot and almonds. Extra-dry and silky with a tart citrus finish.
Tasted August 2016
This organic Chardonnay, Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne white wine blend has plenty of big generous flavours of green apple, stonefruit and butter, with a zesty acidity just made for food. The wine was a Gold Medal winner at the 2011 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. - Community Wine Reviews
