From Clare Valley, South Australia, Sevenhill Inigo 2020 is a dry, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon-driven red wine blend with Ruby Cabernet (a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan), Cabernet Franc and Shiraz in support (87%/8%/3%/2%). Ruby red in the glass and fragrant with red berry, blackberry, savoury herbs and subtle spicy notes, it is a fresh red wine blend with a juicy fruit finish. The wine spent 10 days on it skins and was matured in French oak cask (16% new). Enjoy it through 2035.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: roast beef, long beef ribs from the grill, tourtiere, roast turkey.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
