Produced by Charlie Wagner, Sea Sun 2021 Pinot Noir is crafted from grapes sourced from California's cool-climate coastal vineyards. The Wagners come from a long line of Napa Valley wine grape growers and winemakers dating back to the 1850s. They're also the family who produce the coveted Caymus wines. Sea Sun is dry, medium-plus-bodied and creamy on the palate with dark berry, dark cherry, loamy earth, baking and pepper spice flavours with a kiss of vanilla and vibrant acidity on the palate. Just lovely with a roast duck or turkey dinner.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled bavette steak, wild mushroom bisque, roast duck, veal Porterhouse.
