A full-bodied and smooth red wine blend of 55% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 15% Shiraz produced by the Schild family who have been making wine in the Barossa Valley for more than 60 years. Rich with ripe dark plum, dark berry, earthy, minty and white pepper flavours on the palate. Pair with a grilled Kangaroo strip loin steak.
