Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

I very much enjoyed this zesty, lively Sauvignon Blanc from Santa Ema. For $16, it also hits the wallet just right. There's lots of citrus zest, cut grass, gooseberry and bell pepper on the nose and palate. It's fresh and tactile, best served with shellfish or freshwater fish. 89 Points.
Love this grassy, gooseberry and mouth-watering citrus on this Leyda Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Wine grapes for Santa Ema Gran Reserva (2017) were sourced from east-facing vineyards to benefit from the cooler morning sun even though it was dry and hot during the 2017 vintages. Look for ripe, juicy tropical flavours balanced by a fresh and vibrant acidity. Pair with grilled seafood. - Community Wine Reviews
