San Raffaele's Monte Tabor in Veneto has been made from vineyards that have been certified organic since 1984. The San Raffaele winery has been making wine since 1925. This Italian white wine is made by a family-owned winery. The 2017 vintage of this Pinot Grigio has melon, lemon and lime highlights. Vibrant, zesty and refreshing Italian white wine with soft acidity for food. Medium-bodied, no perceptible oak. Great aperitif or companion to seafood or salads. Nice price. The bonus is that's organic.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: fresh water fish, grilled calamari, steamed shrimp with fresh lemon juice.

Reviews and Ratings

San Raffaele 2017 is a crisp, dry and zesty Pinot Grigio from the Veneto wine region. San Raffaele is a family-owned winery and have been crafting wines since 1925 and the vineyards have been certified organic since 1984. Look for soft, ripe stonefruit and a zesty citrus finish on this medium-bodied PG. Pair with fresh, grilled whitefish. - Community Wine Reviews
