Reviews and Ratings

Marco Giovanetti rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

On the nose, fragrant with an attractive and aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries and currants with spice overtones, almonds with floral notes of roses, dust- earth, mushrooms, dried herbs, anise, minerals, a touch of vanilla and toasted oak in the background. On the mouthMedium to full body with a good concentration and well balanced. However, still youthful with vibrant, ripe fruit flavors of dark cherries, blackberries and dark currants with spices and more toasty oak
A nose of cherry, plum, anise and tobacco with a very evocative floral complexity. Very attractive and appealing. Ripe fruit and vanilla sing in the mouth accompanied by spice and more floral notes. Lovely from beginning to end. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, March 2013
