A terrific Italian sparkling wine creted from a blend of mostly Glera and a little Pinot Noir. Both are fermented separately, then blended. The winery then uses the charmat method for the secondary fermentation. Aromas of small field strawberries, raspberries and spice. Racy acidity for seafood and shellfish.

A pretty pale pink sparkling wine crafted using Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. Dry and refreshing with delicate wild strawberry flavours and fine mousse. Enjoy at spring brunches and wedding showers.

Pretty pink colour! Aromas of honey and strawberries. Lots of effervescence with flavours of cranberry and raspberry with balanced acidity.

Great wine for your next brunch or to sip on a summer day.

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

On the nose, there are strawberry and cherry aromas as well as clementine, honey, and orange blossom.

On the palate, there are red field berries and clementine flavours. It is a nice light and crisp sparkling wine with fine bubbles.

Great on its own, with a light summer salad, or with light appetizers.

Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely Italian sparkling made predominantly from Glera (the Prosecco grape) with a splash of Pinot Noir for added colour, aroma and flavours. Both are fermented separately, blended and then the charmat method is used in the secondary fermentation. Flavours of fresh strawberry and raspberry. Mouth watering acidity and a medium fruit finish. Tasted May 6/2018
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Blush pink with elegant bubbles. Refreshing with ripe strawberry and raspberry notes. Fun summertime wine. Tasted May 06, 2018.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A nice and refreshing sparkling wine, made from Glera with a hint of Pinot Noir to contribute to the lovely colour. Fine bubbles keep their texture, and add a nice zest to the finish. Aromas of peach, strawberry. and a bit of honey. Flavours are echoed on the palate with a nice finish. Enjoy with oysters or any seafood.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Fascinating, big and bright with fuzzy peaches, dried cherries and pink flower blossoms. Flavours show candied apples, licorice, and strawberry yogurt sweetness. There is also a surprising touch of cinnamon heat at the end. The mousse is light and fluffy. Medium high acidity, medium body and finish. Pair with cream cheese smoked salmon canapes. 87 points - tasted May 6, 2016
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Notes of strawberries and raspberries with vanilla flavors coming out on the palate to give the fruit a creamy flavor into a crisp finish. A great summer sipper. Tasted May 2018.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Sour cherry on the nose, but sweeter black cherry when sipped. Hint of vanilla, rose and nutmeg at the end. Great pairing with omlets, fruit salad, or salmon. Very pretty, but not a ton of acidity.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

Major cherry and floral aromas and flavours. A simple pleasant bubbly that comes across as off-dry (ripe cherry flavours). Enjoy super-chilled as welcoming bevvy to your dinner party/BBQ/garden party guests. Tasted May 2018 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
