Reviews and Ratings

Carola Price rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Light cherry red. Very bright and clear.
Some cherry and cassis, plum notes with a hint of dark chocolate on the nose.
Medium heavy with alcohol at the forefront. This would benefit a bit of aeration in the glass before digging in. Some chocolate and tobacco leaf with a bit of earthiness. Plums and black cherry with some good tannin.
Excellent for lamb burgers or roasted pork with mustard sauce.
Drink now.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Peppery and cherry aromas on the nose, with a hint of smoke. Smooth, dry medium-bodied wine with tastes of blackberry and black plum. A bit short on the finish but not bad for $13. Would pair perfectly with pork chops and an arugala salad with lemon and blueberries.
