Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This sparkling wine is pale straw coloured and has fine bubbles. On the nose, it has buttery croissant and baked apple aromas.

Flavour wise , we find rich buttery notes, baked apple, and a hint of lemon. It has fresh acidity and great length on the palate. It is opulent and I will buy this product again.

Pair with seafood linguine, creamy dishes, a cheese platter or salty food.

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Pale straw in color, this bubbly has a fine, persistent mousse. It is arguably quite a flavorful traditional method sparking. Citrus, green apple, brioche and floral dominate the nose and palate. Roederer offers consistently solid value, great complexity and impressive depth with generous improvements on this sparkler year over year.
Great value on the Estate Brut from California's Anderson Valley produced by Roederer. Buttery with layers of ripe apple, vanilla and spice, this is a medium-plus bodied sparkling Chardonnay. Mousse is fine and creamy. - Community Wine Reviews
