A medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Wilyabrup, Carbunup and Cowaramup districts in South-Western Australia. Rich with ripe dark plum, black fruit, lush on the palate. Enough heft and juicy acidity for an equally juicy grilled steak. Tannins are smooth.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, hodge-podge, grilled hamburgers, lamb Bolognese.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Margaret River, Western Australia, Robert Oatley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is from the Signature Series of this producer's wines. The Cab Sauv. wine grapes for this vintage are sourced from three warmer-climate wine districts and the blended wine is matured for up to 15 months in French oak. Look for rich dark plum, black currant flavours smooth and lush on the palate. This vintage was awarded two gold medals form the 2018 Brisbane, Adelaide & Cowra Wine Shows. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
