Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely minty nose with petrol undertones which opens to citrus and blossom. Tangy orange and ginger notes on the palate. Nice balance and weight. Respectable finish. Serve with seafood pasta or veal. Tasted Dec 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

An eye-catching label and foil top introduces a Falanghina wine from Campania, Italy. Medium gold in the glass and some effervescence. A white wine that showcases pear, on the aroma and palate. Smooth on the palate with medium acidity. A smoky, almost caramel-like finish. Pair with poultry, soft cheeses, salmon or anchovy appetizers.
From the Campania wine region, Il Poggio Guerriero 2017 Falanghina Beneventano is great value under $17. Fragrant with ripe pear, grapey aromas on the nose. Juicy with ripe pear, yellow plum and citrus flavours on the palate. Smooth and sleek. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
