Juicy and full-bodied Australian Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of fleshy ripe black plums and dark spice. Terrific value in this cool climate Cab from the Margaret River region that's boardered by two oceans, the Indian and the Southern that create the temperate, maritime climate. Pair with prime rib.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb Bolognese, grilled New York strip loin, hard cheese, braised pork shanks, veal chops.

Reviews and Ratings

Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted May 25th 2017. Colour dark red. Aroma of dark fruit, blackberry floating in alcohol. On the palate lots of blackberry smothered in tannin and alcohol. Big bold flavour. Finishes with hot heat and blackberry. This wine needs BBQ charred meat and will be a favourite for those who like a lot of alcohol. Overall it shows the big taste of Australia cabs.
