Reviews and Ratings

L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This wine is medium ruby in colour, dry, balanced and light to medium bodied. The aroma is pronounced, featuring red cherry and cranberry with floral/violet note and a bit earthy. Fruit tastes on the tart side, violet carries through to taste. Medium finish of tart red fruit with violet. Very pleasant with salmon.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Dark fruit, almost jammy on the palate with lots of blackberry and tart cherry, lingering finish. Perfect with a hearty minestrone and crusty baguette.
From the Burgundy wine region, René Bouvier Cuvée Chapitre Suivant (2014) is the next chapter is this savoury and sweet red fruit Old World Pinot Noir. Nice underbrush and earthy violet finish on this wine. Tannins are fine and the wine is well-balanced and structured. - Community Wine Reviews
