A lovely Californian white wine blend of mostly Pinot Grigio but also a splash of Columbard, Muscato and Riesling grapes. Floral and light-bodied with racy acidity for fresh seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Brilliant Paul straw. Mouthwatering acidity. Well balanced. Canned Bartlett pear, savoury with a hint of saline minerality. Pairs well with a crisp shrimp and lobster seafood platter. Tasted 2017 vintage in July 2018. 89 points
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Super versatile and crowd pleasing. Aromas of ripe pear, creamy lemon, and wet stone. Light bodied with bright acidity and more ripe pear on the palate and a stony, mineral note on the finish. Enjoy with white fish, seafood or shellfish.
Alana L rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

We purchased this delightful Pinot Grigio a couple of weeks ago on vacation in Prince Edward Island. Could not agree more with Natalie’s review and comment ‘with racy acidity for fresh seafood‘. Pinot Grigio is one of my favourite wines for ‘apéro hour’ given its easy drinkability, and we paired this one with Malpeque oysters just off the boat! The perfect summer, vacation wine, the quote on the back of their bottle ‘Great wine is not a privilege reserved for kings, but rather a pleasure of life’ sums this wine up perfectly: crisp, vivacious, very easy to drink. The seaside in a bottle!
