Natalie's Score: 91/100

From the North Coast wine region in California, Raymond Family 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is dry and full-bodied with grapes sourced from three prime sites across the North Coast. Grapes were fermented in neutral oak, allowing the wine's fruit flavours to shine through. Look for vibrant, ripe cherry, plum, red currant, blueberry and minty flavours with a mocha, vanilla and spicy finish. Very nice now, enjoy it with sausages and chops from the grill.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rib steak from the grill, roast duck, goose, grilled game sausages.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Full bodied and robust Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of ripe plums and blackberries with hints of mocha, eucalyptus and warm spices. Full bodied on the palate with soft tannins and medium+ acidity on the palate with provides a nice balancing effect. Dark fruit on the palate is ripe with a touch of raisin and prune hints. Enjoy with grilled meats.
