A juicy, full-bodied, dealcoholized organic Shiraz from the Adelaide Plains of South Australia. Aromas of blackberries, dark plums and pepper. This is one of the best, if not, the best full-bodied, red dealcoholized wines I've tasted. Reds are far harder to make delicious in this style and Pure Vision has done it! Pair with grilled meats. Contains 32 Calories per 100 mL serving.

Zero Shiraz food pairings: salmon steaks, roast beef sandwiches.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Medium dark ruby with a purple rim and colour. Aromas of cherry and stewed strawberry. On the tongue, dark plum and dark berry shine. This is a delightful, organically grown, high quality, dealcoholized Shiraz. Impressive! Enjoy with seared duck. - tasted January 2024
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Perhaps my favourite of any non-alcoholic or de-alcoholized wine I've had to date. Aromas of blackberry and a touch of cranberry. Smooth with bright acidity on the palate, and bright berry notes with a touch of tartness. Enjoy with ribs or any pork dish.
Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Wonderful to find a dealcoholized red that truly still tastes like wine!
I also love the fact that the grapes are organically grown - back to nature and simple pleasures.
Brilliant ruby hues in the glass, aromas of ripe black cherries and blackberries transform into sour cherry flavours. Enjoy on its own or pair with your summer barbecue fare such as beef burgers and chicken thighs.

Tasted June 2024.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Elegance is the headline for Zero, evoking come back for more expressions of strawberry, dark plum, dark cherry, dark berries (all this darkness is a good thing IMO) that feel juicy and tilt towards tartness. Noticed nice touches of subtle oak notes, too.

Zero weighs in medium bodied with less than .05 alcohol by volume and 4 grams of sugar / 100 ml.

Producing wine since 2005, Pure Vision recently began crafting non-alcoholic wines from same vineyard as their alcohol-present wines. I encourage them to continue crafting their Zero line.

I’d happily serve this to friends who want a no / low alcohol wine in their glass.

Open a bottle for yourself. Enjoy.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This award winning non-alcoholic Shiraz has been carefully crafted with organic grapes from the family owned Pure Vision vineyards in South Australia. The palate is showing flavours of jammy plum, black cherry and a hint of spice. Added bonus….it’s low in sugar, vegan friendly and gluten free. Tasted July 2024.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pure Vision Wine has created this <0.5% alcohol Shiraz - vintage dated (2021) too - from organic grapes.
Pretty cool stuff - aromas of strawberry jam, cherry, oak spice.
Expecting a fruit bomb, but no! It’s fresh and juicy on the palate: red cherry, raspberry, hint of mint and a light tannic touch.

Great alt beverage to sip on the patio - chill to 10-12 deg C and enjoy!
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Took this tasty Zero Alcohol wine to a cottage week with family. Finding good dealcoholized wine is a challenge but this was a pleasant surprise.
Not only does it have less than .05 alcohol, and have 4 grams of sugar it’s organically grown!
In the glass it presents as a Shiraz; deep coloured with ruby hues and full bodied. On the palate fresh acidity and light tannins balanced by juicy black fruit!
We paired the wine slightly chilled with a charcuterie platter of assorted cheese and meats on the dock!
A wonderful alternative for those that don’t drink alcohol, or those that do and want a non-alcohol alternative once in a while.
Tasted July 2024
Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Craving the elegance of wine without the high alcohol content? Try this dealcoholized organic Shiraz with just 0.5% alcohol. It's easy to drink, with a clean and pleasant taste that will satisfy your palate without the buzz.

This isn’t merely fruit juice presented as wine; it’s a great alternative to traditional Shiraz, exhibiting some of those lovely wine characteristics perceived in regular wine. The nose reveals aromas of plum and red berries with hints of cedar and earthy undertones. The palate offers a dry and tart profile with field cherry notes and smooth tannins. I enjoyed my glass with a charcuterie board.

Tasted June 2024.
Simon Chen rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

I don't have much experience with dealcoholized wines so I didn't know what to expect before trying this shiraz from Australia. However, I was genuinely surprised by the quality. It isn't the typical australia shiraz that you have in your mind, but instead it has bright red fruits, tart acid, and it is juicy and vibrant. It will probably taste better if serving chilled so If you are looking for a wine that has less than 0.5% ABV for your summer camping, this is the one!
