From Dominio de Punctum, Castilla Y León Pomelado 2022 is a vegan-friendly orange wine produced from estate-grown, organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Grapes are fermented with skin contact for up to 14 days giving more flavour, colour and texture to the wine. Fragrant with ripe apricot, orange, white-fleshed stone fruit and tropical fruit, white floral and nutmeg aromas and flavours on the palate, it is a very unique and pretty SB finishing with a titch of spice and finely textured-tannins.

Orange Wine food pairings: sushi, grilled salmon dishes, lemon and herbed chicken breasts from the grill.
