This Niagara rose is a blend of Chardonnay and Merlot grapes. It has sweet fleshy flavours of sun-ripened strawberries and raspberries. Pair with really spicy or char-grilled dishes to temper the heat.

The Pink House 2013 vintage of Merlot and Chardonnay varietals is 12.5% ABV yields from the Niagara Peninsula. This wine is copper shaded with a watermelon hue. The wine shows aromas of candied berries, strawberry juice, and nectarines. The palate offers stone fruit, and citrus blood orange with white Lilly floral notes. The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing with medium plus acidity, medium body. This wine pairs well with poached or grilled white fish and sunshine filled picnics. Recommend enjoying in 2015.
