Viscous mouth-coating and terrific! Lychee, rose petal and baking spices. Will envelop food and your senses. This is a medium dry wine but the sweetness is superbly balanced with acidity making it ideal for a chutney or salsa with pork chops.

Reviews and Ratings

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon in colour, this off-dary wine has balancing acidity with pronounced flavours and aromas of roses, blossom, lychee, pineapple, grapes, mango, honey, and ginger. Long length on the warming finish.
Enjoy today with pad Thai, or mandarin salad.
Date tasted: April 2014.
Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Bright yellow with gold highlights. Aromas of apricot, lychee, lavender, honey, ginger, and slight licorice. It is full bodied and on the palate you will taste juicy stone-fruit, honey sweetness, and tart acidity. The wine is full in the mouth and shows a tiny bit of minerality. Long crisp finish of grapefruit and subtle pear notes. This is a tasty and complex wine. [Tasted Feb/2017]
