Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fantastic value Alsatian sparkler vinified in the Traditional Method with 100% Pinot Blanc grapes. Rich and dry with crisp acidity and concentrated aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon zest and buttery brioche with a subtle touch of minerality. Fine, persistent bubbles and a clean finish. Extremely versatile and food-friendly, serve as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Shopping for Valentine's Day wines, I studied the expensive French champagnes wistfully... and finally chose this Sparkling wine from Alsace made from the Pinot Blanc varietal. We were not disappointed! Frothy fine mousse, dry and fresh with light white floral notes, citrus and biscuit flavours and a creamy palate. An excellent bubbly for any celebration.
L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Our choice for Christmas sparkling! A family favourite. Pale biscuit colour, lots of fine bubbles and flavours of green apple, pear and a nice touch of lemon zest. Served throughout our Christmas meal; wonderful pairing.
