Fresh and alive like spring white linens blowing in the breeze. This Italian Pinot Grigio is the essence of lime and lemon zest. Mouth-watering and medium-bodied. Peter Zemmer is one of the most respected producers of Pinot Grigio whose benchmark home is in the northern region of the country in cool-climate vineyards. This winery is tough on their yields and sorting, which results in remarkably flavourful wines. The wine also experiences a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness. Pair with shellfish or seafood.

This is a very good Pinot Grigio. Brilliant lemon green in the glass with medium+ aromas of lemon-lime, grapefruit,tree fruit, melon, spring blossoms, sea salt, stony minerality. The palate is fresh and clean with zest, honey, hint of toffee, salt, straw. Medium+ acidity. Bone dry. A pleasant surprise. Serve well chilled. Enjoy over the next 3 yrs.
