This sparkling wine is a blend of hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes with a dollop of dosage from Vidal Icewine for added elegance and finesse. Look for honeyed apricot, brioche, strawberry, creamy apple and zesty citrus flavours zesty on the palate. Chill and enjoy.

Ice Cuvée Sparkling food pairings: spicy shellfish, sushi, spicy BBQ pork riblets.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

There are no bumps on road on this sensory journey.

This vegan and gluten-free Riesling is from British Columbia Canada’s Okanagan Valley appellation.

In my glass, captivating, expressive aromas of ripe apple, citrus slices, pretty petrol, and crushed salt mingle nicely with vivid citrusy flavours - especially ripe grapefruit- stone fruit and big doses of honey. It feels medium bodied, off dry, velvety, round, with crisp acidity and a lovely lingering finish. Enjoy.

I’ll serve this with spicy shrimp or sweet and sour pork.
