Natalie's Score: 90/100

A crisp, fresh New Zealand Chardonnay with bright notes of green apple and white peach. A subtle weave of oak comes from the fact that half of this wine is aged in oak barrels and the other half in stainless steel tank to preserve fruit freshness. Pair with roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: roasted halibut or black cod, cheese tortellini, corn dishes, lobster in butter.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

From Marlborough, New Zealand, Oyster Bay has decidedly mastered the art and science of Chardonnay. This balanced and elegant chard shows toast and citrus notes on the nose, with a mouthwatering palate that gives subtle and balanced guava, vanilla, toast and citrus elements. Pair with roast chicken or simply sip and enjoy.
