A delightful rosé with a field of fresh strawberries and raspberries wafting up from the glass. So pretty! Medium-bodied. A real crowd pleaser, though you should also drink it on your own on the patio or deck: it pairs perfectly with that novel you've been wanting to read.

Rose food pairings: light goat cheese, salad, sushi.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Off dry, bursting with wild strawberry, fresh savoury. Medium body, acidity, big fruit. Pairs well with sliced strawberry saddled spinach salad with citrus drizzle and raw almonds infused with goats cheese. Would love to try coconut shrimp or mango salsa with authentic Belizian corn tortilla chips. Patio pleaser. Great with those looking for an off dry, accessibly priced rosé. Enjoy on its own while relaxing at the cottage in any season. Tasted 2016 vintage in Dec 2017. 87 points
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Pretty in Pink! This Niagara blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay makes you think of spring! Aromas of strawberries that also comes through on the palate with some cranberry notes. Off-dry, light bodied and easy drinking. Tasted March 9, 2018.
