Reviews and Ratings

Gwen Barton rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Thoroughly enjoyed this wine. Bouquet of dark fruit, chocolate, cassis and just a whiff of smoke. Lovely balanced with smooth tannins, blackberry, ripe cherry and spice coming through in the mouth. It was served at a party with dark chocolate almond bark which paired wonderfully.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A beautiful Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. 1994 barrels produced, 28% new French oak, it's opaque with a purple hue. Layers of dark fruit, black currant, herbs, and roasted pepper. Full bodied, with deep dark fruit flavours, and ample tannins. Decant prior to service and enjoy with grilled beef. Tasted April 2016. 91 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Marian rated this wine as 90/100
The 2013 vintage was a strong one for California and it shows in the ripeness and concentration of this Cabernet. It's ready to drink now if you decant 1 hour, or cellar it for 5 years.
