Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A most inviting and intense bouquet of stewed blackberry, mocha and leather. The full bodied palate is smooth showing a variety of well layered flavors - dark berry fruit shaved dark chocolate, lumber yard and baking spice that lingers from start to finish. Scrumptious!
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted March 12th, 2018. Colour dark ruby red. Legs thick. Aromas and flavours of, blackberry, black pepper, black raspberry, jam. Taste, dry plus, fruity, full bodied, nice integrated tannin, mouthwatering, and has balanced alcohol. A nice medium plus finish of flavour. I like this wine made with the Mourvèdre grape. The Jumilla region produces some good expressions. The wine will open up its flavours if you decant 1hr before drinking. We had a loin pork Centre chop, topped with a pork sauce, browned onions, apples, roast mini potatoes and fresh boiled carrots. Also match with red meat grilled or stewed mushrooms. Good value wine highly recommend trying it.
Nacido Del Quórum Selección 2011 is a great value Spanish Monastrell from the Jumilla wine region. Look for ripe blackberry, earthy pepper spice and dark chocolate on this ripe and toasty full-bodied red wine. Pair with a game roast. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
