A terrific wine for the money! Juicy, full-bodied, savoury and smooth. Aromas of cedar and black cherry. Great pick for a potluck gathering or movie night. It would be terrific with cold cuts and hard cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

BJ Oudman rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

With notes in common more with a wine from Priorat than Rioja because of its high percentage of garnacha, this dusty treasure will please diverse palates for a bargain price - when you can pick a bottle up with this aging, buy it by the case! Great drinking now but should last another few years.
This wine is a blend of 70% Garnacha, 20% Tempranillo, and 10% Carinena grapes. The wine was then matured in oak for 12 months. Source: Vintages Panel, undated
