Here's your ultimate lamb with rosemary wine. This robust Cabernet over-delivers against its price point beautifully. I also love the Shiraz this winery makes. Full-bodied with smoky black fruit. Great concentration and depth with a good finish. Very satisfying. Crack open a bottle (or two) tonight.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: filet mignon, cheddar.

Reviews and Ratings

Thomas rated this wine as 91/100
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Aromas of red raspberries & blueberries, palate of blueberries, strawberries, vanilla, spice and mint with slight cedar. Spicy fruit finish.
This robust Australian red wine is packed with flavour yet not jammy or heavy. Surprising acidity that makes it great with food. This Aussie red wine has 20% dried grapes to add concentration of flavour. The tannins are firm and ripe. - Community Wine Reviews
